I take great pride in the preparation and presentation of my breakfasts, which are in part inspired by the breakfasts I would serve my guests in the grill rooms of the worlds most celebrated ocean liner, Cunard Lines Queen Elizabeth 2.


In summer, a leisurely breakfast is served at your individual table in the pool house overlooking the swimming pool from 08.30am until 10am.


Each morning I bring to your table warm crusty bread and croissants, confitures, orange juice, chilled water and your choice of hot drink. Cereals and yogurts and seasonal fresh fruit are available on the buffet.

Most days there will be a homemade cake which will be either lemon drizzle cake or a fruity Irish Barmbrack (with a shot of whiskey added for good luck) or maybe a chocolate gateau or a Victoria sponge. 

In addition to this continental breakfast, I prepare an optional dish of the day which is freshly made for each table. The dish of the day changes daily and can be hot or cold, sweet or savoury. Ingredients change daily and are seasonal.

I realise that not everyone has an appetite for a large breakfast, so of course if you prefer to not take the dish of the day, just let me know the evening before.

When the weather does not permit outdoor dining, breakfast is served in the kitchen.
